Expert advice is on offer at an open day hosted by Haven Homes for its new development in Ramsey this weekend.

Advisers from Lloyds Bank will join estate agents Black Grace Cowley at the event tomorrow (14 May), to advise potential buyers how to finance a purchase and buy property.

It's the latest marketing drive for Haven Homes' North Shore development in the northern town, with the experts on-hand to meet the public between 11am and 4pm.  

Director at Black Grace Cowley Tim Groves said there are promising signs for the Island's propety market 'is coming to life again.'

His has simple advice for sellers:" If a property is priced at market value, it will sell. If it isn’t then I’m afraid it is unlikely to find a buyer."
