Second and third secured in Sepang

World Superbike champion Jonathan Rea secured two more podium finishes with a second and third in Malaysia at the weekend.

The Castletown resident's results extended his lead over Chaz Davies at the top of the championship standings to 42 points.

Rea is the only rider to be on the podium in all 12 races so far this season.

His productive weekend comes off the back of signing a two-year contract extension with Kawasaki on Thursday.
