Albany Tennis News

by isleofman.com 1st June 2016
Last Saturday Norman & Joan Rivers, who organise the Friends of Children of Chernobyl Charity visited the club to accept the donations from various groups and individuals, The sum raised was ?315 so far, which had been raised throughout island tennis. Our Mini/Junior members raised ?115 – well done to them and their parents and thanks to all who contributed. This year there will be 17 children from Belarus here for a month and they will visit Albany for tennis and lunch on Tuesday 19 July.

Please note there will be no coaching during TT. Please contact Ian Watson to confirm when your next session will be and at what time, as some mini tennis player will be moving on to their next group.

Please don’t try contacting me or Bryan for the next two weeks. We will be away and TT enthusiasts are staying in our home. Any queries contact Ian Watson or Jan Gaskill. Thank you.
