Cyclefest starts with professional race series

All the action at Mooragh Park

A huge cycling event gets underway on the Island for the first time today - with the first day of the inaugural Cyclefest.

Four days of action plus a festival of music and Manx produce starts in Ramsey with a professional feel.

The opening round of the Pearl Izumi Tour Series takes place on a short closed road circuit in and around Mooragh Park.

Former top cyclist and event ambassador Rob Holden says fans are in for a real treat:-
