Booth double helps see off Saints

There were impressive wins for Ayre United and Union Mills in the Canada Life Premier League.

Nick White and Shaun Kelly grabbed the goals for the Tangerines as they clinched a fourth successive league win to see off Laxey 2-1 at Andreas.

Ayre had secured their top flight survival in midweek.

And it looks like Union Mills have also secured safety after they edged a seven goal thriller against St Mary’s at Garey Mooar.

Luke Booth (Two), Brody Patience and Aaron Beattie found the net in a 4-3 success.

Marc Priestnal, player-manager Stephen Priestnal and Stephen Whitley replied for the Saints.
