Hospice IoM to benefit

Sending donations by text to an Island charity is possible for the first time.

Hospice Isle of Man will be the beneficiary of a one-year trial, thanks to a local businessman, David Humbles, from Peel.

He is a committee member of Hospice's Fundraising Team..

Hospice says local text giving is currently only available to Manx Telecom customers, but it hopes Sure will get involved at a later stage.
