Two senior appointments for Manx Telecom

It's hoped two senior managerial appointments at Manx Telecom will strike the right connection with clients in the public and private sectors.

Chris Crocker, an account manager with over a decade's experience, will take the reins from Paul Keen to become head of the company's Isle of Man Government and Post Office accounts.

Manx Telecom currently provides contracted network access to more than 5,000 government users and a further 450 post office staff across the Island.

Meanwhile, Joseph Walls will become the company's new corporate account manager - he's previously worked for Atos, overseeing accounts such as NS&I Bank.

Head of corporate and public sector sales, Richard Fletcher, welcomed the two men, adding that:

In a time of 'particular demand for [Manx Telecom's] hosting and cloud services, the addition of Chris and Joe means we can improve the attention given to existing customers whist at the same time incorporating new and exciting products.'
