Expansion to serve international clients
Island telco Wi-Manx has set up a new brand to serve its international customer base.
WMX Global will offer the company’s suite of global services to customers from off-island -capabilities which have already been released to the local market.
Kate Hegarty WMX Global director, says the idea is to develop connectivity, data centre and cloud services to help international clients expand and reach their customer base - through 'virtualising' their communications.
Services include enabling customers to display geo-specific phone numbers on their website that terminate to a local office - gaining firms a virtual presence in countries where they don't yet have an office.
Ms Hegarty adds Island customers haven't been forgotten – with a number of business products in development that are scheduled for release in May.
