Staff accommodation proposed

The Department of Health and Social Care has applied to build flats for 48 staff on a greenfield site at Noble’s Hospital.

The acute staff accommodation block would have 48 bedrooms and be built on the former Union Mills football club playing field in Braddan.

In its planning application, the department says it would create 24 new car parking spaces for the students living there.

You can find out more about the planning application, and comment on it, on the government’s website, gov.im
