Manx roads could be the perfect testing ground

An expert says the Island could be the perfect testing ground for self-driving autonomous cars.

The possibility of allowing the futuristic vehicles to use the Island's roads is a hot topic amongst the public, government and even the worldwide press.

David Alexander from global clean tech company Navigant Research says It's unlikely to be a simple or short-term process.

He says the Island's independent government sets us apart from many other places.
