Competitive tax rate key to Island's survival says Chief Minister

The chief minister has once again rebutted the claim the Isle of Man is a tax haven.

Allan Bell pointed to the level of business on the Island as an indicator of 'a transparent, co-operative' jurisdiction.

It comes as the row over the Island's low tax rates intensifies following a BBC documentary.

Mr Bell says if the Island is to survive, the corporate tax rate has to remain competitive:
