January promotions at Moore Stephens

by isleofman.com 28th January 2016

Moore Stephens Isle of Man is pleased to announce the promotion of three team members.

Sarah Pearson advanced to senior compliance coordinator; Sarah Anderson and Linda Kinnin each take on the role of administrative officer.

After joining the firm’s Compliance department in 2012 to play a key role in ensuring the firm’s adherence to all legislative and regulatory requirements, Sarah Pearson’s challenges quickly expanded and now include assisting clients of the firm’s compliance outsourcing services. Sarah holds an International Diploma in Financial Crime Prevention with her professional body, the International Compliance Association.

“Sarah is focused, enthusiastic and dedicated, and she always goes the extra mile to ensure our clients get what they need,” commented Scott Trimble, compliance officer and MLRO. “More importantly, she is a pleasure to work with - her professionalism and cheerful outlook make her a real hit with our clients.”

Sarah Anderson has been with the firm since 2009 and now is part of the Moore Stephens Retirement Solutions (“MSRS”) team as administrative officer while working on her Foundation in Accountancy qualification with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

Brian Bodell, managing director of MSRS said, “Sarah quickly established herself in her role and proved to be both adaptable and hardworking. She has contributed greatly to the team during a period of rapid expansion. She’s a perfect fit and thoroughly deserves the recognition she has received with this promotion”.

Linda Kinnin has been a member of the Moore Stephens team since 2011. Her responsibilities expanded from administration to serving as a key member of the firm’s Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 Project Committee.

“Linda is a joy to work with – dedicated and thorough. Her quiet and friendly demeanour has been key to helping everyone in the firm maximise the benefits from our CRM software,” commented Bransom Bean, director and XRM project leader. “She’s unstoppable, preserving the integrity of our database, which having accumulated over 25 years, has become substantial to say the least.”

“We’re very proud of all three team members,” said Clive Dixon, partner. “An organisation is a reflection of the people who make it up – our team is special and I’m really pleased these individuals are part of it. Congratulations!”
