A Facebook page has been set up to petition and obtain comments on the possibility of locating a railing around Ramsey Harbour.
The community page was created following the tragic loss of 19 year old Josh Caley, from Jurby, who was shown on CCTV to have fallen into the harbour in the early hours of the 1st January 2016.
