Marine Drive crash: three hurt

Police say minor inuries only

Police say three people have been rescued from a car which went over a cliff at Marine Drive.

The incident happened at around 9.30pm this evening (Saturday) in extremely poor weather conditions.

Police, ambulance, the fire and rescue service, Douglas coastguard and the Douglas lifeboat were all called out.

Officers say all of those who were in the car have been accounted for and received only minor injuries.
