Mannin Shorts is an initiative set up to provide a platform for aspiring filmmakers of any age to learn new skills and make films right here in Isle of Man. It is supported by IOM Arts Council. New courses have been planned for 2016 (courses are subsidised) and with 3-4 new short films scheduled to be filmed this year, there’ll be plenty of opportunities to use those skills.
