Otter spotted!

Wildlife Trust appeals for video or photos

The Manx Wildlife Trust is asking people to keep their eyes peeled after finding an unusual animal on the Island’s shoreline this week.

A member of the public spotted a dead otter on a beach – and the Trust says it’s keen to hear from anyone who thinks they’ve seen a live animal as there have never been any confirmed reports of otters on the Island.

The wildlife organisation says as most people now have cameras on their phones, if you see something that may be an otter you should try to get video or photos of it.

If you have any footage, you can email it to enquiries@manxwt.org.uk
