Ramsey Town Commissioners open it at town hall

A book of condolence for Josh Caley has been opened by Ramsey Town Commissioners.

The 19-year-old from Jurby went missing in the early hours of New Year's Day.

It's believed he drowned after falling into Ramsey harbour, but he has not yet been found.

The book has been placed in the foyer of the town hall to enable people to record their memories of Josh and express their sympathy to his family at this very sad time for them.
