Ramsey Town Commissioner's have placed a Book of Condolences in the foyer of Ramsey Town Hall for people to record their memories of Josh and express their sympathy to Josh's family.

Josh Caley, 19, who's family lives in Jurby, is believed to have drowned after falling into Ramsey Harbour in the early hours of New Year's Day after an evening out with friends.

Mum, Joy, has made heart-felt appeals for locals to keep searching for Josh following the scaling down of the official search.
