MHK urges people to make sure they're on electoral register

Don't ignore this year's local authority elections.

That's the plea from the MHK in the Department of Infrastructure with responsibility for local authority housing.

After changes to the electoral register, there's a worry many still haven't filled in the forms to join it.

22 local authority elections take place on the 28th April, and Chris Thomas says people should take an interest and ensure they can vote.
