Climate change 'national priority' - DEFA

Flooding focuses efforts

The Island must focus its efforts to tackle the effects of climate change.

That's according to MHK and DEFA member Ralph Peake, who made the comments in the wake of last month's Island-wide flooding.

Mr. Peake says Tynwald is making a positive effort to develop a strategy against the worsening weather conditions.

He also believes it's a priority for the whole Island:
