Members are appointed for a three-year period.

With effect from 1st January 2016, its membership consists of Jennifer Pendree, Barbara Brereton, Robin Turton, Ray Smith, Steven Bevan, Louise Strickett, Tracey Martin and Margaret Mansfield, who are retiring members who are reappointed, and Diane Brown and Andrew Cole, who are new members.
