?7,000 vandalism spree costs Onchan man his liberty

A 25-year-old man who went on a vandalism spree around Castletown causing more than £7,000 worth of damage has been jailed for 16 months.

 

Daniel Sydney Andrews, of Church Avenue in Onchan, was sentenced at Douglas Courthouse a short time ago.

 

He admitted carrying out multiple counts of criminal damage to vehicles in the centre of the town in November last year.
