MT hopes to migrate at-risk land lines soon

300 fixed lines affected by collapsed bridge after floods

Work to transfer phone and internet services in danger in Laxey should take place in the next couple of days.

Around 300 fixed lines have been put at risk by the bridge collapse in Old Laxey during last Thursday's floods.

Manx Telecom's plan is to move them across to temporary lines as soon as possible, as MT's head of customer care, Tracy Kirby, explains.
