The Isle of Man Bank has called on its customers affected by the flooding to contact them if they have any need for financial assistance to help them while trading is affected.
Bill Shimmins, Managing Director of Isle of Man Bank, commented: ‘We know some of our customers must be confronting difficult circumstances today following the unprecedented bad weather of last night and I would urge our customers to contact their relationship manager or their branch. We appreciate that when trade is disrupted in this manner, cashflow for business remains important and in some instances, emergency funding may be needed. We do not want our customers to be worrying about working capital if their business has been adversely affected and, as the Island’s community bank, want to do all we can to help.’
IoM bank branches are open as usual today.
