International multi-family office, Boston is pleased to announce two new senior appointments to support the group’s continued growth.

Graeme Brooks joins Boston as Group Marketing Manager where he will be responsible for the brand’s identity and market presence. Within this role he will develop new business opportunities through the identification and generation of demand for products and services central to the group’s growth strategy.

Graeme is an experienced branding and communications manager having spent six years at one of the Island’s most reputable marketing agencies. He brings significant expertise to the role at Boston as a result of handling multi-national campaigns, increasing margins, and developing a high-level perspective of brand management.

Commenting on his appointment, Graeme said: “I am privileged to be working with one of the Island’s most forward-thinking and dynamic leadership teams. Boston has a history of intelligent risk taking and market disruption, making it a genuinely interesting place to work. Here, I have the challenge of creating and maintaining a brand that really does stand out from the crowd.”

Allan Clucas joins Boston as Head of IT and Operations, where he is responsible for managing third parties and overall IT infrastructure to provide the group with a leading edge in fast provisioning and rapid scaling technology to enhance the business.
With over ten years of experience in the IT sector, Allan brings a wealth of knowledge to the role. Having previously worked as a technical consultant responsible for the management of large scale projects in various jurisdictions, such as the Channel Islands, Allan has valuable technical relationships with IT and telecoms providers on and off island.

Allan said: “Joining Boston brings fantastic new challenges for me and I’m looking forward to working closely with management to deliver projects to a high standard across the business. As a key service provider in the area of wealth management, Boston is rapidly advancing in technology and entering new markets and I am delighted to be a part of it.”
