Fed up with Christmas? Try Alternativity

by isleofman.com 2nd December 2015
The annual 'Alternativity' event will be held at 7.30pm on Thursday 10th December at Promenade Methodist church, Douglas. All are welcome.

'Alternativity' is a celebration of the Christmas story – but with a twist. It marks – through music, image, skit and reflection - the coming of God as a champion of the poor and dispossessed, the world over.

This year's Alternativity will have 'Joy' as its theme, and feature the Manx Children's Choir. It is organised by the World Development Committee of Churches Alive in Mann.

Admission is free, with a voluntary collection for the work of Christian Aid and Cafod. Refreshments will be served.

For more information contact Louise Whitelegg on 474275.
