Extreme weight loss coach Craig Williams and wife Paula are set to lift the lid on the fitness and fat loss myths, delivering the best tips and techniques normally reserved for celebrities and extreme weight loss TV.
Craig and Paula deliver unique weight management breaks and program to clients from the world over and are visiting the Isle Of Man to undergo NLP training with IoM born performance coach Phil Quirk. Both Craig (consulted for Sky TV’s Obese: A Year To Save My Life, Fat: The Fight Of My Life, Good Mornings Fatima’s Fat Fighters plus more) and Paula (Good Mornings Fat Fighters and therapist to stars such as Tamzin Outhwaite, a host of TOWIE stars and many more) are responsible for scorching thousands of pounds of excess weight each year with techniques and strategies developed at TEAM Bootcamp, the UK’s premier weight loss retreat.
“Much of the work we deliver has been developed from the coaching we receive from Phil Quirk and the potential to work alongside him in his hometown is exciting. During our highly interactive workshop the audience can expect revolutionary concepts and strategies for weight loss. We deal with people caught in yo-yo dieting, who fail to make progress week in week out and have condensed the big hitting advice from our 12-week life transformation program into 4 powerful hours” said Craig Williams
“Whether I am working with professional athletes, business moguls or helping someone overcome their battle with weight, much of the coaching I do with my clients is about helping them discover the resources they need to achieve their goals. I do not subscribe to one body of knowledge or theory, moreover I try my hardest to develop as many different approaches as possible which allows me many options when working with my clients. The work that Craig & Paula do is absolutely phenomenal, and with them both on the Island for our NLP course it seemed obvious to organise a workshop showcasing their immense knowledge and passion for achieving weight loss for their clients.” commented Phil Quirk
