Former skipper called up by Nick Hurt

Former Isle of Man Football captain Sean Quaye is included in the squad for the Inter League Cup second round match against Cheshire League at Knutsford on Saturday.

Island Manager Nick Hurt has made two changes with Peel duo Dominic McGreevy and Daniel Bell unavailable due to a work commitment and injury respectively.

St. George's striker Ciaran McNulty returns to the fold after being on holiday when the Manx beat Chester and Wirral League 7-1 in the last round.

The squad in full is:-

Max Thomas, Marc Kelly, Lee Gale, Ashley Webster, Matthew Woods and Andrew Crennell - all Peel.

Liam Cowin - Rushen.

Sean Quaye, John Myers, Frank Jones, Conor Doyle, Chris Bass, Ciaran McNulty, Jack McVey, Sam Caine and Calum Morrissey - all St George’s.

The Isle of Man is looking to become the first side in the history of the Inter League Cup to retain the silverware.
