Douglas East residents highlight concerns

By-election on Thursday

Parking, the promenade, dog poo and pensions - these are just some of the issues raised by Douglas East constituents.

A by-election tomorrow (Thurs 12) will decide who will take the place of Brenda Cannell in the House of Keys, after she retired from Manx politics last month.

The seven candidates vying for the seat are Independents Clare Bettison, Kurt Buchholz, Richard Falk, Jon Joughin, John McBride, Geraldine O'Neill and LibVan candidate Cat Turner.
