IoM residents encouraged to 'self-care'

Week-long campaign launched

A campaign has been launched on the Island, to improve the way we look after ourselves.

'Self Care for Life' is a week-long initiative, which is in its fourth year.

It aims to promote and educate people on ways to self diagnose, instead of too quickly booking a GP appointment.
