More drugs and alcohol misuse data needed - minister

Extent of misuse unknown

There's been an admission from the health minister more needs to be done to find out the extent of alcohol and drug misuse in the Isle of Man.

Howard Quayle said this was required so people could be better helped by his department's policies, which need to be based on facts and statistics, not anecdotal evidence.

He was answering a question in the House of Keys at the time:
