East meets West: the Palace Casino welcomes Majestic Chinese Restaurant

The BEST WESTERN Palace Hotel is now offering guests a taste of the Orient after the Majestic Chinese Restaurant opened in the Palace Casino.

A spokesman for the Majestic said: ‘The Majestic has teamed up with the Palace Casino and we are pleased to be working in collaboration with such a well known name in the island's hospitality industry. The Palace Casino is the perfect setting in which to serve our renowned Chinese cooking which we are looking forward to bringing to the heart of Douglas.’

The Sefton Group’s director of hotels and leisure Adrian Brockhouse said: ‘In welcoming the Majestic Chinese Restaurant to the hotel we are reaffirming the Palace Casino’s reputation as one of the leading fine dining destinations in Douglas. We are pleased to be partnering with a business that shares the group's drive to deliver outstanding levels of service and a consistently memorable guest experience. We look forward to a long and mutually beneficial relationship.’

The Majestic Restaurant at the Palace Casino is open seven days a week from 6pm to 1am and also serves Chinese bar meals and snacks in the Casino Aces Bar from 6pm to 1.30am, seven days a week.

In support of the new earlier opening time the Casino slot machines are available for play from 6pm and the gaming tables from 7pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday, and from 9pm Monday to Friday.
