Add your voice to local charity CD

Do you have the X Factor? The Manx Breast Cancer Support Group is offering you the chance to be part of their fundraising CD with local X Factor star Simon Lynch on Saturday 28 November.

Simon is covering Elbow’s ‘One Day Like This’ on the CD and needs the help of the super-talented Manx public on the chorus. All you need to do is turn up to either the Sea Terminal at 10.30am or Noa Bakehouse in Douglas at 12.15pm – or both – to be part of this and help raise money for this very worthy Charity. And, if Simon’s not enough, he will be joined by two other local artists who are appearing on the CD – increasingly popular young singer/songwriter Mae Challis and Mark Walton, who is well-known and well-loved as a Gary Barlow tribute singer.

Saturday 28 November is your chance to help raise enough money for specialist machinery to equip the new unit at Noble’s Hospital - all you have to do is turn up at the Sea Terminal or Noa Bakehouse with your friends, and your camera, and sing! Dave Armstrong and his team from local company DAM Productions will do the rest – and you might even have a starring role in the ‘making of’ video which will be uploaded to YouTube on 12 December which is also when the CD is to be released.
