Appleby Isle of Man announces the appointment of Erin Trimble-Cregeen.
Erin joins the team as an Associate within Appleby’s Dispute Resolution department, having previously worked with Ogier in Guernsey for three years as a member of its Dispute Resolution team. She has a broad range of experience in commercial litigation, insolvency and trust disputes.
Raised in the Isle of Man, Erin pursued undergraduate studies at Queen Mary University of London between 2004 and 2007, with an exchange year at University of California, Berkeley. She then studied at the College of Law and BPP Law School, before returning to the Isle of Man to work as a trainee advocate at Cains.
Erin is also a member of the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple and an affiliate member of STEP (Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners), having successfully completed her STEP Advanced Certificate in Trust Disputes.

She brings a wealth of experience to the role, and her specialist knowledge of trust disputes, insolvency and restructuring, and fraud and asset tracing, will certainly complement the expertise of our Dispute Resolution team.’
