Old Mutual International wins at the Hong Kong Insurance Awards

by isleofman.com 6th November 2015
Old Mutual International, the cross-border business of Old Mutual Wealth, won the Most Innovative Product/Service award for the Wealth Management Plan at the recent Hong Kong Insurance Awards.

The Wealth Management Plan was launched in January this year aimed at local and expatriate investors with a single investment to make with the option of setting up regular premiums after a year. It also gives investors wider access to different types of investment, including Exchange Traded Funds – a first in the market at launch – and other investments if they move out of Hong Kong.

Having fought off competition from HSBC and Prudential to win the award it is testament to the ongoing work in Old Mutual’s International business to create innovative and creative products and solutions that meet the needs of investors in the chosen markets in which they operate.

Marcel Bradshaw, Sales Director for Old Mutual International, said, "We feel proud and privileged to receive this prestigious award for our new Wealth Management Plan. This demonstrates our commitment to the Hong Kong market and our support to financial advisers and their clients."
