The Association of Corporate Service Providers has arranged a repeat session on Friday November 27 of the Thursday November 26 seminar that will examine national risk assessment of money laundering.
Sponsored by DQ Advocates the seminar, titled: ‘The Isle of Man National Risk Assessment (NRA) of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing’ will be with NRA project manager Karen Ramsay; deputy chief executive of the Gambling Supervision Commission and chairman of the Designated Non-Financial Business or Profession (DNFBP) group Mark Rutherford; and FSC deputy director supervision Paul de Weerd.
Aimed principally at TCSP owners and controllers, and senior compliance personnel the session will explain the methodology, function and value of an NRA and how best TCSPs can employ the intelligence gathered.
The seminar will be at the Upper Hall, Loch Promenade Church, Douglas with registration at 12noon for a prompt 12.30pm start. Subject to the number of questions and contributions from the audience it is anticipated the event will finish around 1.30pm.
