Moore Stephens Isle of Man is pleased to announce the promotions of three team members, Celeste Green, Joanne Alder and Lucy Shea.
“It’s been an exciting, challenging and rewarding year for our firm – obviously this success is down to our team members who are its soul,” said partner Clive Dixon. “I am so pleased now to be able to recognise the achievements of Celeste, Jo and Lucy.”
After two years with Moore Stephens, Celeste Green is now HR Executive and is responsible for all HR functions, including guidance and support for staff, managing payroll, recruitment, well-being initiatives and training. She is also responsible for the firm’s IIP accreditation and ISO 9001 project.
With the firm since July 2014, Jo Alder has received a promotion for her internal accountancy role and is now responsible for all financials and reports. She is also a member of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM project steering committee and the ISO 9001 project team.
Lucy Shea has been promoted to Marketing Executive after three years with the firm, and is responsible for digital marketing, communications, events, print and design, and works with Moore Stephens’ departments and external clients. She is studying towards her Professional Certificate in Marketing. She also chairs the Microsoft Dynamics CRM project meetings and is a member of the ISO 9001 project team.
“I’m immensely proud of all three - their friendly, positive attitude, enthusiasm and professionalism is an inspiration to us all and contributes hugely to the happy atmosphere we have at Moore Stephens – we are very fortunate to have them as integral parts of our team,” continued Clive. “Well done, Celeste, Jo and Lucy!”
