A public consultation is being launched this month ahead of the introduction of new laws to legalise same sex marriage.

Chief Minister Allan Bell hopes the Same Sex Marriage Bill can be introduced in this legislative session. He said the progress of new legislation would send out a strong message that the Isle of Man is a modern and inclusive nation.
