Crafters urged to leg it to Stocking Fillers fair

by isleofman.com 28th September 2015
Crafters and merchandisers looking to showcase their unique Christmas gift ideas are being urged by Douglas Development Partnership (DDP) to take a stall at the Stocking Fillers fair on Saturday December 19 in Castle Street and Marina Road, Douglas.

Pitches start from ?15 or ?35 with a gazebo, which DDP will provide.

Town centre manager Michelle O’Malley said: ‘The day promises to be “full-on festive” in the town centre, with street performers and a Sure-sponsored ice sculpture in Regent Street being carved by Darren Jackson and Stephanie Quayle. So with Christmas only days away the Stocking Fillers fair will be the ideal solution for shoppers looking for those unique last-minute gifts.’

To apply for a stall contact Michelle O’Malley, MOMalley@douglas.gov.im 696304 or Chris Pycroft, CPycroft@douglas.gov.im 696305, or call into DDP’s office in Victoria Street, Douglas.
