by isleofman.com 28th September 2015
Bus vannin has launched a dedicated Facebook page to give customers greater access to service information.

Alf Lloyd, Head of Operations, said: ‘Our Facebook page has been created in order to encourage people to engage with bus vannin online. We’re looking forward to welcoming customers old and new to the page over the coming weeks and months.

‘Our Twitter account has proved extremely beneficial for us over the last few years and we welcome the feedback we receive from passengers and enthusiasts via the IoM Railways’ Facebook page. We hope that the same level of engagement will be established with our new bus vannin Facebook page.

The page can be found at: https://www.facebook.com/GoBusVannin

Isle of Man Transport is also launching new domain names this month to link directly to its webpages. The old URL www.iombusandrail.info will be phased out over the coming months and replaced with www.bus.im and www.rail.im which will deliver internet users directly to the webpages of each service.

The twitter feed with the latest service updates can be viewed on the landing page of the website www.bus.im.
