Manx Bat Group's final bat walk of the season

Members of the public are invited to join the Manx Bat Group for their final bat-spotting walk of the summer on Saturday 26th September.

THe bat-spotting walk will be around The Raggatt (SC242830) which is near Peel starting at 6.45pm.

Walker should be able to see and hear several species of bat in the area, including Daubenton’s bats skimming over the river.

There will be an introductory talk before the walk and bat detectors will be available to borrow.

It is recommended that you wear sturdy shoes and warm clothes and bring a torch. Under 16s are welcome with an adult.
