The FSC’s Paul de Weerd and Nick Platten are to deliver the Association of Corporate Service Providers’ seminar on Thursday September 24.
Sponsored by DQ Advocates the session is titled ‘Listed, quoted and public companies: issues for TCSPS’ and will cover challenges and risks in companies with ‘outside’ investors; insider trading risks and precautions; and directorship guidance.
(Anyone who has previously attended a session of this title run by the FSC, or plans to attend one, need not attend this ACSP-organised event as the seminar content is the same).
The session will be at the Upper Hall, Loch Promenade Church, Douglas with registration at 12noon for a prompt 12.30pm start. Subject to the number of questions and contributions from the audience it is anticipated the event will finish around 1.30pm.
