Daniel Tighe won his first major live poker title this past weekend, when he beat 569 other players to take first place in the MPN Poker Tour Dublin Main Event, and the first place prize of €53,845.
The €500 buy in event, held at the Clayton Hotel Dublin, attracted 570 entries across its three starting days, generating a prize pool of €256,500 and exceeding the already ambitious guarantee of €250,000.
