Around 30 Rolls-Royce and Bentley cars will be touring the Isle of Man 13th - 17th September. This will be a great opportunity to see the cavalcade of cars, including 21 pre-war models. They will be stopping on Harris Promenade Walkway, Douglas between 10am and 2pm on Monday 14th September, and will be joined by a number of Rolls-Royce and Bentley motor cars owned by Island residents.
Rolls-Royce racing roots go back a long way on the Isle of Man to 1906, when Charles Royce himself won the RAC Isle of Man Tourist Trophy in a 20hp Rolls Royce.
The Club last toured the Island in 2006 for their Centenary Celebration and prior to that in 1996 to mark the 90th anniversary of the Company
Howard Phillips of the Rolls-Royce Enthusiasts Club, Isle of Man Section said, “Anticipation is already growing ahead of the 2015 Rally and our members are looking forward to touring the beautiful Isle of Man. Everyone is welcome to come along for a closer look at the cars and to talk to the owners on Douglas Promenade Walkway on Monday 14th September.“
