Battle of the Pantos returns to the Gaiety Theatre this Saturday. Oh yes it does!
The event, now in its second year, has also managed to attract pantomime favourite and winner of ‘I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here’, Christopher Biggins, as head judge.
The TV celebrity, who co-hosted Surprise Surprise with the late Cilla Black, is also well known for TV classics Porridge and Rentaghost.
Organiser Alison Lodge said, ‘The Battle of the Pantos was so successful last year we had to stage it again, and this year promises to be even better, especially with Biggins around. He's said he's very excited about coming to the Island for the first time and getting on to the Gaiety stage.'
Compare Gary Chatel says, 'the audience are in for a special surprises on Saturday night and we will be holding a Q&A with Biggins about his amazing showbiz career.'
