Classic TT delay

by isleofman.com 31st August 2015

Bank holiday Monday’s Classic TT racing was delayed for over three hours due to a radio communications network failure used by the marshals and emergency services around the course.

It's understood a major piece of the radio communications unit at the grandstand failed leaving marshals out of touch.

The reduced three-lap Classic race finally got underway at 2pm.

Roads are expected to reopen no later than 9pm.
