RTC - Whitebridge Hill, Onchan 22 August

At approximately 10.55hrs on the 22nd August ESJCR responded fire crews from Douglas station to attend a road traffic collision involving two vehicles at the junction of Begoade Road on the Whitebridge Hill in Onchan. On arrival it was found that paramedics were treating two persons on scene for injuries received. Both the van and car were made safe so that they could be recovered and the roads reopened.

The driver of the overturned van escaped injury whilst a male and female in the car were transported to Nobles Hospital for treatment for shock and minor injuries.
