Four year old attacked by dog

by isleofman.com 17th August 2015

Police are trying to trace the owner of a dog that bit a four year old child in the face.

There's an appeal for witnesses to the incident, which occurred yesterday (Sunday) just before 11am in the area of Ballakermeen Avenue in Douglas.

A police spokesman said: 'The dog is described as quite "golden/yellow" in colour and the approximate size of a springer spaniel. This dog may be known as ‘Sunshine’. It was being walked on a lead by an adult female described as having a tanned complexion.'
