Officers are requesting the assistance of members of the public who may have witnessed a collision and altercation between the drivers of a grey Peugeot 207 and a white concrete mixer at the exit/entrance to Shoprite, Bircham Ave, Ramsey around 11.20am on Thursday 13th August 2015.
