Dates for Ultimate Driving Experiences in 2016 have been released by Isle of Man Railways.
The experiences are highly sought after, providing members of the public with a rare opportunity to experience driving one of our historical trams or steam trains.
Each experience lasts a full day and includes safety briefings, history and theory and the opportunity to drive a steam train between Castletown and Port Erin or a Manx Electric Railway tram between Ramsey and Laxey.
There are limited dates available because Ultimate Driving Experiences are operated alongside public services. Bookings, which are taken on a first come first served basis, can be made via Miss Marieanne Bridges, Marieanne.bridges@gov.im or by phoning 01624 697419.
A limited number of dates are still available for the 2015 experiences during September.
